As floral wallpapers continue to hold their appeal, try your hand at creating your own original hand-painted floral designs – easy to do, and relatively inexpensive. A delicate flower pattern with leaves trailing across a wall works well painted in soft shades of lime, violet, rose pink and jade – and adds a wonderfully romantic look to a duck-egg blue painted bedroom wall.
